When you use skyfetti.com or book an event, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, and mobile phone number
• Event details you submit, such as the date, town, occasion, guest count, and notes
• Whether you opted in to text messages and whether you agreed to a media release
• Quote, agreement, invoice, and payment records for your booking
• Messages you send us by text or email

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

We use this information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, manage bookings, send the messages you ask for, process payments, and keep records of our agreements.

We do not sell personal information.

If you check the text-message box on a Skyfetti form, you agree to receive booking, quote, scheduling, payment, and event-reminder texts from Skyfetti. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We share information with service providers that help us run Skyfetti, such as our texting, email, and payment processors, only so they can perform those services for us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You can reply STOP to stop texts and START to opt back in. You can also ask us to update or delete the contact details we have for you by emailing [email protected].
