We mark an open-ground target and keep every guest behind a clear line before the drone enters the drop path.
If the site, airspace, or weather cannot support that setup, we do not launch and we follow the rescheduling terms agreed at booking.

What happens if the weather is bad?
We check the forecast before the event and make the final flight decision for the actual site. If rain, visibility, wind, or another condition makes the drop unsafe, we do not launch. We will work with you on the reschedule or refund option in your booking terms. TODO: confirm the exact weather cancellation and refund policy.
What are your wind limits?
The go or no-go decision depends on wind at the drop height, gusts, the site, and the item being carried—not only the forecast number. We always stay within the aircraft and operating limits. TODO: publish Skyfetti’s customer-facing sustained-wind and gust limits.
Can a Skyfetti drop work indoors?
No. Skyfetti drops need an outdoor, open-ground drop zone with a clear approach and enough room to keep guests outside the flight path.
How far ahead should I book?
Send the date as soon as you know it, especially for a weekend. More lead time gives us room to check airspace, review the site, and plan a weather alternative. TODO: confirm the minimum booking lead time.
What can the drone carry?
We carry a small, lightweight reveal or gift item that has been approved during planning. We do not carry people, animals, loose hazardous material, or anything that cannot be released predictably over the marked zone. TODO: confirm and publish the maximum payload weight.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Wayne and serve North Jersey, including Passaic, Bergen, Essex, Morris, and Hudson counties. Tell us the town and venue so we can confirm the travel area and airspace. TODO: confirm any travel fee or mileage boundary.
How do the deposit and refunds work?
Your date is not held until the agreed deposit is paid. The written booking terms will explain cancellation, rescheduling, and what happens when Skyfetti cannot fly because of weather or airspace. TODO: add the deposit amount, cancellation deadlines, and exact refund terms.
