We mark an open-ground target and keep every guest behind a clear line before the drone enters the drop path.
If the site, airspace, or weather cannot support that setup, we do not launch and we follow the rescheduling terms agreed at booking.
We check the forecast before the event and make the final flight decision for the actual site. If rain, visibility, wind, or another condition makes the drop unsafe, we do not launch. We will work with you on the reschedule or refund option in your booking terms.
